Fresno and Burgos

Fresno is a quiet and idyllic village located 15 minutes from Burgos (captial of Castilla y Leon).  It's the perfect place to unwind and recharge. A visit to the archaeological excavations at Atapuerca (5 minutes by car) is also worthwhile, as is a bicycle tour or taking a stroll along the hiking trails that crisscross the countryside, enjoying the stunning natural surroundings and breathing in the fresh air.

Burgos

Burgos is a beautiful city, known for it's rich history, stunning architecture and delicious cuisine. Founded in the 9th century, Burgos has been an important cultural and religious center for centuries. Burgos is a must visit destination for anyone interested in history, culture and traditional as well as modern gastronomy. No wonder that this charming city is a favorite among visitors to Spain.
