Minimum stay is 2 nights

Renting for 2 guests:

November to April,  EUR 160.-per night

May to October, EUR 240.- per night

Every additional guest is EUR 50.- per night

Cleaning fees EUR 100.- to EUR 150.- depending on the amount of guests

Payment:

Full payment is due 30 days prior to the arrival date.

 

Booking and cancellation policies:

in case of a cancellation after the booking but more then 30 days prior to arrival, you will pay a handling fee of EUR 200.-

In case of a cancellation 30 to 14 days prior to arrival, you will pay the handling fee of EUR 200.- plus a cancellation fee in the amount equal to the first night.

In case of a cancellation 14 to 1 days prior to arrival, you will pay the handling fee of EUR 200.- plus a cancellation fee in the amount equal 2 nights.

In case of a non-show you will pay the total amount of the booking.
